How are your items produced?
Each item is custom printed just for you. We avoid holding excess inventory. Our Direct-To-Film (DTF) printing ensures vivid colors, intricate designs, and lasting quality on cotton and cotton/poly blends.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is printed on demand especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change-of-mind.
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

When will I get my order?
Each item is printed on demand. Average production time is 2–5 business days.
Shipping time then depends on the destination and carrier. Most customers receive their order within 7–10 days after purchase, and all orders include tracking.
Why is there a light smell when I open my package?
Because each piece is freshly printed, there can sometimes be a light odor from the printing process when you first open the package.
This is completely normal and disappears quickly after airing out the garment or after the first wash.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Orders shipped within the European Union or within the United States do not incur customs duties, as items are fulfilled locally from EU (Latvia) or US warehouses.
Customers ordering from other regions (for example UK, Switzerland, Canada, Australia) may be subject to import taxes or customs fees according to local regulations, which are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
